Where to park
There’s a 40 spot lot right by the building, plus plenty of street parking on Detroit Avenue and the side streets around it.
We’re at 16400 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, open 24 hours. Early mornings, late nights, weekends. Whenever you do your best work, the door’s open.
Getting in the door
Your key lives on your phone. Set it up once, then your phone opens the door.
1. Get the app. It’s called Alta Open, from Avigilon. App Store or Google Play. Some listings still show the old name, Openpath Mobile Access. It’s the same app. No need to create an account or sign in. Your key link sets everything up.
2. Set up your key. On your phone, open our email titled Welcome to The Work Club! Your key is ready and tap Set up my key. The link works once, for 7 days. Landed on a page that says Uh-oh? Tap Click here to enable access.
3. Open the door. The door is at the back of the church, off the lot (it’s on the map). Open the Alta Open app, then hold your phone up to the reader on the right of the door, or wave your hand in front of it. Watch how it’s done ↓

Billing + membership
Your card, your receipts, and your plan all live in Stripe. Update a card, grab a receipt, or change your plan there.
Thinking about leaving? We’d rather hear why first. Tell us what’s not working and give us a chance to fix it.
Club rules
Work Club exists to be a calm, welcoming place to get real work done, meet good people, and feel at home in the neighborhood. These rules are here to protect that experience for everyone.
Keep the club calm.
Be mindful of volume, distractions, and anything that makes it harder for others to do good work. The club is for working, meeting, reading, and connecting.
Take calls thoughtfully.
Calls are welcome at your seat at a reasonable volume. For longer, louder, or more private conversations, please use a phone booth or step outside. Please avoid speakerphone and respect booth bookings.
Enjoy food outside the club.
For meals or anything messy, please step out and support one of the great neighborhood restaurants nearby.
One guest at a time.
Members may bring one guest at a time. Guests must be with their member while they’re in the club, so please don’t leave a guest on their own. Guests must be 18 or older. If someone is visiting regularly, they should become a member.
Make room for others.
Open seating works best when spaces stay flexible. Please avoid saving seats, moving furniture, bringing monitors, or setting up permanently.
Leave no trace.
Clean up after yourself, push in your chair, and let the Crew know if something needs attention.
Service animals only.
We love pets, but only service animals are allowed so the space stays comfortable and accessible for all members.
Help shape the club.
If something feels off, tell the Crew. We love any and all ideas and feedback too. You can always reach us through the feedback form.

Your Membership Terms make these club rules part of your agreement with us, and we may update them from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
