We’ve updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy since you signed up. The short version: the club is open 24/7 with no staff on site, and our cameras record but aren’t watched live, so you use the club at your own risk. Please read and accept them to get your key.

This gives up legal rights, including the right to sue for injuries caused by our negligence.

Assumption of risk and release of liability (Section 14 of our Terms, Version 9)

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT GIVES UP LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR INJURIES CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE.

You understand that using a shared space involves risks, including slips, trips and falls, injury from furniture or equipment, injury or loss caused by other members, guests, or anyone else, including theft, assault, or other criminal acts, the absence of staff on site, exposure to illness, and loss of or damage to your property. You use the club at your own risk. You assume all risks of using the club and its facilities, at any hour, whether those risks are known or unknown.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Work Club LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and the owner and landlord of the building (together, the “released parties”), from all claims for injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property arising out of your use of the space, including claims caused by the negligence of any released party, except to the extent caused by a released party’s gross negligence, recklessness, or willful or wanton misconduct.

This release binds you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
