A helpful list of

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you join

Can I see the space before I join?

Not in person, it’s members only. Our club tour video walks you through the whole place, and we’re happy to answer questions at team@theworkclub.co.

Can I buy a day pass?

No, it’s membership only. That’s a big part of what makes it feel like a club. Plenty of members only come in once or twice a week, and membership still costs less than other coworking spaces nearby. See the plans.

Is there a commitment?

No long contract. Pick monthly, quarterly or annual, and cancel anytime. You keep access through the period you’ve paid for.

What if it’s not for me?

Ask within 7 days of any payment for a full refund. After 7 days you can still cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The details are in our Terms.

What sort of people join?

Remote workers, creatives, freelancers and founders. Anyone who likes focus with a bit of friendly energy around them.

Is this like other coworking spaces?

Not really. It’s friendlier, and more like a club than an office. A calm space with good people.

How is this different from a coffee shop?

A seat, fast Wi-Fi and coffee are always there. A daily coffee shop habit can run $200+ a month, with spotty Wi-Fi and no guaranteed seat. Membership costs about half that, coffee included.

Getting in

How do I get into the club?

With a digital key on your phone, sent the second you join.

  1. 1Pick a plan and pay
  2. 2Your key lands in your inbox
  3. 3Your phone opens the door, day or night
What are the hours?

Open 24/7. Early mornings, late nights, weekends. Whenever you do your best work.

Where do I park?

In our 40-spot lot right by the building, or on the street. The member hub has a map and a video of the walk to our door.

What is the member hub?

Your home base once you join. Parking, your key, billing and booth booking, all on one page you can save to your phone. Open the member hub.

Inside the club

How do I book a phone booth?

From the member hub, free with every membership. Tap a free time, agree to three quick house rules, and the booth is yours. A calendar invite lands in your inbox. Book up to 90 minutes at a time.

Booking a phone booth on a phone: tap 9:30 on Booth 1, tap plus to make it an hour, tick three boxes, tap Book, and Phone Booth 01 is yours.
What are member meetups?

Optional get-togethers every couple of weeks. Usually a happy hour somewhere in the neighborhood. We email the details and you come when it suits you. Free with every membership.

What are weekly member intros?

Every Monday, we pair you with another member for a coffee at the club. Fill in a short profile in the member hub and we match you with someone you’ll enjoy meeting: a new client, a collaborator, or just a friend. Your answers are never shared, not even with your match.

It’s optional and free with every membership. Skip any week, or stop anytime.

Signing up for intros on a phone: answer a few short questions, see your next four Mondays, tap Sign me up, and you're on the list.

Still wondering about something? Email team@theworkclub.co and we’ll hit you back!
