Lakewood filled up fast. Now we’re hunting for Work Club #2, and you probably know the corner.
Our first location sold out before the doors even opened. That told us something: Cleveland wants more places like this. So we’re looking for the next neighborhood — and nobody knows this city’s blocks better than the people already living and working on them.
The vibe we’re after
You know it when you see it. A walkable stretch where the coffee shops are full by 9am and half the tables have a laptop on them. People are already working in the neighborhood — we just want to give them a better place to do it, right down the street.
Think neighborhoods like Ohio City or Tremont — and we’re curious about the east side, too.
What the space needs
- More than 3,000 sq ft. Enough room for around 90 seats, a coffee bar, and a quiet library zone.
- Good bones over polish. Our buildout is light — no kitchen hoods, no grease traps. We’re an easy tenant.
