About Work Club
We’re building Cleveland’s best place to work — a place where remote workers can get out of the house, plug in around good people, and actually enjoy their workday again.
Work Club is in Lakewood. We believe that working among others is better than working alone, and that better workdays lead to better weeks — and better lives. We’re not a coffee shop. We’re not a coworking space. We’re a work club, and we’re building something the city hasn’t seen before.

The Role
As a Crew Member, you’re the person who makes Work Club feel like Work Club. You’ll do short daily visits to keep the space spotless, the coffee flowing, and the vibe exactly right. Think of it as a side gig that gets you out of the house, gives you meaningful work, and earns you a free membership on top of it.
This is very part-time by design — shifts run 60 minutes, and we’ll work around your schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Complete a structured checklist each visit: cleanliness, coffee equipment, supplies, and general upkeep
- Keep the space looking and feeling great — tidy, calm, welcoming
- Maintain coffee equipment so members always have a good cup ready
- Check in with our operations team before, during, and after each visit
- Be the eyes on the ground: flag anything that needs attention

- Pay
- $25 per shift (shifts average 60 minutes)
- Schedule
- Very part-time and flexible — AM, afternoon, and evening windows on weekdays, plus Saturday/Sunday morning windows on weekends. You pick what works.

Who We’re Looking For
- Someone reliable who follows through — you don’t miss shifts and you communicate when something comes up
- Detail-oriented — you notice when something’s off and you fix it
- A clear communicator — you keep the team in the loop without being asked
- Flexible and available in the mornings or early evenings
- A great fit if you already have another job or side project and want a consistent, low-hours role that gives you some extra income and a free place to work
